      Title: Cinnamon Apple Pancakes
 Categories: Breads, Fruits, Dairy
      Yield: 6 servings
 
      2 c  Whole wheat flour
      4 ts Baking powder
      1 ts Ground cinnamon
    1/2 ts Salt
      2 lg Eggs; room temp
      2 c  Milk
      2 tb Honey
      1 tb Oil
      1 md Apple; cored, chopped
 
  In a bowl, whisk together first 4 ingredients. In
  another bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, honey and oil;
  add to dry ingredients, stirring just until moistened.
  Stir in apple.
  
  Heat a lightly greased griddle over medium heat. Pour
  batter by 1/3 cupfuls onto griddle; turn when bubbles
  form on top. Cook until second side is golden brown.
