      Title: Tuna Macaroni Salad
 Categories: Seafood, Pasta, Vegetables, Sauces
      Yield: 10 servings
 
      2 c  Uncooked elbow macaroni
      1 c  Mayonnaise
    1/4 c  Sweet pickle relish
    1/2 ts Salt
    1/4 ts Pepper
      1 c  Peas; thawed
    1/2 c  Chopped sweet onion
    1/2 c  Chopped celery
      5 oz Can light tuna in water;
           - drained, flaked
      3 lg Hard-boiled eggs; chopped
 
  Cook macaroni according to package directions; drain and
  rinse with cold water. Cool completely.
  
  For dressing, combine mayonnaise, relish, salt and
  pepper. In a large bowl, combine peas, onion, celery,
  tuna, eggs and macaroni. Add dressing; gently toss to
  coat. Refrigerate until serving
