      Title: Peanut Buttery Banana Bread
 Categories: Breads
      Yield: 1 Loaf

      4 sm Bananas; or 2 lg; mashed
      3 tb Milk or yogurt; up to 4 tb
    1/3 c  Oil
    1/2 c  Sugar; or less to taste
    1/2 c  Peanut butter
      2 c  Oatmeal

  Mix everything in a large bowl, bake at 350°F (180°C) until set and
  golden brown on top.
