      Title: Coffee Gelatin
 Categories: Jello, Puddings
      Yield: 1 Batch

      2 tb Gelatin
    1/2 c  Water; cold
    1/2 c  Sugar
  3 1/2 c  Coffee; hot
           Salt

  Soften the gelatin in the cold water for 5 minutes, add the hot
  coffee, sugar, and a few grains of salt, and stir until the gelatin
  and sugar have dissolved. Pour into a wet mold, and put in a cold
  place to set. Turn out on a plate and serve with plain or whipped
  cream.
