MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06 Title: Off-The-Wall Chocolate Cake Categories: Cakes Yield: 12 Servings 1 Devil's food cake mix 3 Egg whites 1 3/4 c Water 1 Egg 1 c Walnuts; chopped 1 c Semi-sweet chocolate pieces 1 c Sugar 8 oz Fat-free cream cheese; soft Preheat oven to 350°F. Spray 9x11x2" pan with non-stick coating. In a large bowl beat cake mix, egg whites, and water together until smooth and well mixed. Pour in baking pan. Mix soft cream cheese, sugar, and egg together until creamy. Stir in chips and nuts. Drop cream cheese mixture in cake batter by spoonfuls. Bake for 50 minutes or until cake springs back at touch.
