      Title: Jalapeno Poppers
 Categories: Chilies, Cheese, Pork, Breads
      Yield: 24 servings
 
      8 oz Cream cheese; softened
      1 c  Shredded sharp Cheddar
           - cheese
      1 c  Shredded Monterey Jack
           - cheese
      6 sl Bacon; cooked, crumbled
    1/4 ts Salt
    1/4 ts Garlic powder
    1/4 ts Chilli spice mix
      1 lb Fresh jalapenos; split
           - lengthwise, seeded
    1/2 c  Dry bread crumbs

MMMMM--------------------------DIPPERS-------------------------------
           Sour cream
           Onion dip
           Ranch salad dressing
 
  Set oven @ 325ºF/165ºC.
  
  In a large bowl, combine cheeses, bacon and seasonings; mix well.
  Spoon about 2 tablespoons into each pepper half. Roll in bread crumbs.
  
  Place in a greased 15" X 10" X 1" baking pan. Bake, uncovered, until
  cheese is melted and peppers are heated through, 15-20 minutes. Serve
  with sour cream, dip or dressing.
