We do have serveral Asian buffets - Chinese, Indian, etc. My favourite of those is Flavour of India. When I go there I am often the only light- skinned, blue eyed diner in the place. Set aside to cool down. Peel and cut mango, grind to make a puree. Beat cream to make whipped cream, mix well with mango. Cut the top of melon, scoop flesh with a melon baller or round bowl spoon.
