Reduce heat; cook for 10 minutes. Add the remaining ingredients; cook 10-15 minutes longer or until chicken is no longer pink and vegetables are tender. * I made this using a rotissiere chicken. Worked very well - both light and dark meat. If using the already cooked rotissiere bird it can be done in your crockpot.
