Place the pork slices in the marinade, mix until well coated and allow to marinate for at least 1 hour. Bring the marinated pork slices and a little of the marinade to a boil in a wok or skillet. Reduce the heat to low and simmer uncovered until the sauce almost dries up, 3 to 5 minutes.
