This is a variation of a Calypso Sauce that I saw on the internet somewhere. It uses rum instead of vinegar because a Brazilian buddy of mine recommended that I give it a try. This stuff was 'mui caliente' as described by a friend who is learning Spanish and a fellow chile head. I find it a potent condiment, to say the least!
