      Title: Irish Coffee

      2 ts Sugar
      2 oz Irish whiskey
      2 c  Hot strong brewed coffee
    1/4 c  Heavy whipping cream
      1 ts Creme de menthe; opt
 
  Divide sugar and whiskey between 2 Irish coffee mugs or
  other clear heat-safe mugs; stir in coffee. In a small
  bowl, beat cream and crème de menthe, if using, until
  thickened. Gently spoon onto tops of drinks, allowing
  cream to float. Serve immediately.
