In a large skillet, cook beef over medium heat until no longer pink, 8-10 minutes, breaking into crumbles; drain. In the same skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add onion and pepper; cook and stir until tender, 5-7 minutes. Stir in beef, Worcestershire sauce, noodles and soups. Transfer to a greased 3 qt. baking dish; top with cheese. Bake, uncovered, until heated through, 15-20 minutes. If desired, garnish with green onions.
