My friends wife sent me this a few years ago.  I've made it and it's
pretty darn good.

      Title: Sweet And Sour Sauce
 Categories: Sauce/Gravy
      Yield: 4      Servings

    1/2 c  brown sugar
    1/2 c  Ketchup
    1/2 c  Vinegar
      1 T  Molasses,Optional
      1 pn Hot Pepper Flakes
      1 T  Djon Mustard

Whisk all ingredients together in your inner pot, add frozen meatballs
(or chicken breasts or thick pork chops) and voila! Sweet and sour
meatballs (or whatever protein you cook up!)
