      Title: Quick Zucchini Oat-Flake Loaf
 Categories: Vegetarian
      Yield: 1 Loaf

    1/2 c  Onion; chopped
      3 tb Vegetable oil
      2 c  Uncooked rolled oats
    1/2 c  Swiss cheese; grated
      2 c  Zucchini; grated
    1/2 c  Wheat germ
      2    Eggs; beaten
    1/2 c  Sunflower seeds; toasted
    1/4 ts Nutmeg
      1 ts Salt

  Saute onion in oil until soft. Combine with other ingredients and
  press into greased loaf pan. Bake for 30 minutes.
