      Title: Chicken Bacon Ranch Pizza
 Categories: Cheese, Poultry, Pork, Dairy, Vegetables
      Yield: 8 servings
 
      1    Prebaked 12-inch pizza
           Crust
      4 oz Cream cheese; softened
      1    Shallot, minced
      2 c  Shredded rotisserie chicken
  1 1/2 c  Shredded Monterey Jack
           Cheese
      1 c  Shredded sharp cheddar
           Cheese
      8 sl Ready-to-serve fully cooked
           Bacon; in 1" pieces
    1/4 c  Sour cream
      3 tb Milk
      2 ts Ranch salad dressing mix
      1 c  Shredded lettuce
      1    Plum tomato; seeded,
           Chopped
 
  Place crust on an ungreased pizza pan. Combine cream
  cheese and shallot; spread over crust. Top with chicken,
  cheeses and bacon.
  
  Bake @ 425ºF/218ºC until edge is lightly browned and
  cheeses are melted, 12-15 minutes .
  
  Meanwhile, in a small bowl, combine the sour cream, milk
  and dressing mix. Sprinkle lettuce and tomato over
  pizza; drizzle with dressing.
