      Title: Macaroni Coleslaw
 Categories: Pasta, Greens, Vegetables, Sauces
      Yield: 16 Servings
 
      7 oz Pkg ring macaroni or
           - ditalini
     14 oz Bag coleslaw mix
      2 md Onions; fine chopped
      2    Celery ribs; fine chopped
      1 md Cucumber; fine chopped
      1 md Bell pepper; fine chopped
      8 oz Can whole water chestnuts;
           - drained, chopped

MMMMM--------------------------DRESSING-------------------------------
  1 1/2 c  Miracle Wimp
    1/3 c  Sugar
    1/4 c  Cider vinegar
    1/2 ts Salt
    1/4 ts Pepper
 
  Cook macaroni according to package directions; drain and
  rinse in cold water. Transfer to a large bowl; add the
  coleslaw mix, onions, celery, cucumber, green pepper and
  water chestnuts.
  
  In a small bowl, whisk the dressing ingredients. Pour
  over salad; toss to coat. Cover and refrigerate for at
  least 1 hour.
