      Title: Contest-Winning Taco Casserole
 Categories: Pasta, Beef, Vegetables, Salsa, Breads
      Yield: 6 servings
 
      3 c  Uncooked bow tie pasta
      1 lb Ground beef
    1/4 c  Chopped onion
      2 c  Shredded Cheddar cheese
     16 oz Jar salsa
 14 1/2 oz Can diced tomatoes,
           - undrained
      1 oz Env taco seasoning
      2 c  Nacho tortilla chips;
           - crushed
 
  Set oven @ 350ºF/175ºC.
  
  Cook pasta according to package directions. Meanwhile,
  in a large skillet, cook beef and onion over medium heat
  until meat is no longer pink, crumbling beef; drain. Add
  cheese, salsa, tomatoes and taco seasoning. Drain pasta;
  stir into beef.
  
  Transfer to a greased 11" X 7" baking dish. Cover and
  bake 20 minutes. Uncover; sprinkle with tortilla chips.
  Bake until heated through, about 10 minutes longer.
