MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06
 
      Title: Steak Sandwich Kabobs
 Categories: Beef, Vegetables, Breads, Cheese, Nuts
      Yield: 4 servings
 
      1 lb Top sirloin; in 1" cubes
      1 ts Steak seasoning
      1 md Red bell pepper; in 1"
           - chunks
      6 oz Focaccia bread; in 1" cubes
      1 md Onion; in 1" chunks
      1 tb Olive oil
      3 sl Provolone cheese; in strips
      2 c  Deli coleslaw
    1/2 c  Chopped walnuts
 
  Sprinkle beef with steak seasoning. Alternately thread
  the beef, red pepper, bread cubes and onion onto 4 metal
  or soaked wooden skewers; brush with oil.
  
  Grill, covered, over medium heat for 8-10 minutes or
  until meat reaches desired doneness, turning
  occasionally. Top with cheese; grill 1-2 minutes longer
  or until cheese is melted.
  
  In a small bowl, combine coleslaw and walnuts. Serve
  with kabobs.
