The recipe is for a 9" crust, so this will be enough. When the beans are ready, strain them and add salt, pepper, miso, tomato paste, butter, and herbs. Fill the pastry and cover with the remaining 1/3rd of the dough, rolled out to top the pie. Sprinkle with sesame seeds. Bake 25 to 30 minutes at 350?F until the pastry is golden.
