      Title: Key Lime Pie Mojito
 Categories: Beverages, Booze, Citrus, Dairy
      Yield: 1 servings
 
      3 tb Graham cracker crumbs
      1 oz Key lime juice; more to
           - garnish the rim
      5    Fresh mint leaves; more to
           - garnish
  1 1/2 oz Simple syrup
      2 oz White rum
      1 oz Heavy whipping cream
           Ice cubes
 
  Crush graham crackers into fine crumbs; transfer to a
  small plate. Brush the rim of a cocktail glass with Key
  lime juice; roll in the graham cracker crumbs to coat.
  Set aside.
  
  Add mint leaves and simple syrup to the bottom of a
  cocktail shaker; muddle.
  
  Add 1 ounce Key lime juice, white rum and heavy cream to
  the cocktail shaker. Fill with ice; place the lid on top
  and shake vigorously, 20-30 seconds. Strain into the
  prepared glass; garnish with a sprig of mint.
