      Title: Hash Brown Patty Casserole
 Categories: Potatoes, Pork, Cheese, Dairy
      Yield: 8 servings
 
      8    Frozen hash brown patties
      4 c  Shredded Cheddar cheese
      1 lb Diced, fully cooked ham
      7 lg Eggs
      1 c  Milk
    1/2 ts Salt
    1/2 ts Ground mustard
 
  Set oven @ 350ºF/175ºC.
  
  Place hash brown patties in a single layer in a greased
  13x9-in. baking dish. Sprinkle with cheese and ham. In a
  large bowl, beat eggs, milk, salt and mustard. Pour over
  ham.
  
  Cover; bake 1 hour. Uncover; bake until edges are golden
  brown and a knife inserted in the center comes out
  clean, 15 minutes longer.
