Subj : New Recipes - 42 To : All From : Dave Drum Date : Sun Jun 15 2025 21:08:00 MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06 Title: Everything Bagel & Lox Brunch Pizza Categories: Breads, Cheese, Seafood, Dairy, Citrus Yield: 8 servings 1 lb Frozen pizza dough; thawed 2 tb Cornmeal 5 3/16 oz Pkg Boursin garlic and fine - herbs cheese 3/4 c Shredded mozzarella cheese 1 lg Egg; room temp, beaten 1 tb Everything seasoning blend 2 Smoked salmon fillets (2 oz - ea) 1/2 c Thin sliced cucumber 1/2 c Pickled red onions 1 tb Capers; drained 1/4 c Sour cream 1 tb Heavy whipping cream 1 c Fresh arugula 2 ts Olive oil 2 ts Lemon juice 4 Lemon slices; opt Set oven @ 425ºF/218ºC. Grease a 14" pizza pan; sprinkle with cornmeal. Punch down dough; roll to fit pan, pinch edge to form a rim. Cover; let rest 10 minutes. Spread with Boursin cheese; top with mozzarella. Brush edges of dough with egg; sprinkle with everything seasoning. Bake on a lower oven rack until crust and cheese are lightly browned, 10-12 minutes. Meanwhile, in a small bowl, whisk sour cream and heavy whipping cream. In a separate bowl, toss arugula, olive oil and lemon juice. Remove pizza from oven; top with salmon, cucumbers, red onion and capers. Drizzle with cream sauce; top with arugula mixture. If desired, garnish with lemon slices.
