Carefully remove the cover of the processor or blender, keeping your face away from the container. Cover and store the horseradish in the refrigerator. UDD NOTES: Do this outside or in a *very* well ventilated area. Same rules as processing chilies apply here. Do not touch *ANY* sensitive areas (eyes, nose, nether regions) until you are sure you have washed away or neutralised any "gotchas" Sugar is very optional.
