MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06

      Title: KFC Waffles
 Categories: Copycat, Waffles
      Yield: 1 Batch

      2 c  Flour; sifted
    1/2 c  Shortening
      1 ts Salt
      1 ts Baking powder
      1 tb Corn meal
      1 ts Baking soda
  1 3/4 c  Buttermilk
      2 lg Eggs

  Sift all dry ingredients together, then cut in the shortening as for
  pie crust. Add the buttermilk and unbeaten eggs, mix until smooth.
  Preheat the waffle iron. Pour into lightly greased waffle iron. Yield
  will vary depending on size of waffle iron.
