      Title: Comforting Cheesy Potatoes
 Categories: Potatoes, Vegetables, Cheese, Dairy
      Yield: 8 servings
 
 10 3/4 oz Can cream of chicken soup;
           - undiluted
      1 c  Sour cream
      1 sm Onion; fine chopped
    1/4 c  Butter; melted
    3/4 ts Salt
    1/4 ts Pepper
     32 oz Bag diced hash brown
           - potatoes; thawed
      2 c  Shredded Cheddar cheese;
           - divided
 
  In a 4 qt. slow cooker, combine the first 6 ingredients.
  Stir in hash browns and 1 1/2 cups cheese. Cook,
  covered, on low until potatoes are tender, 4-5 hours,
  sprinkling with remaining cheese during the last 5
  minutes.
