      Title: Ham Pretzel Pleasers
 Categories: Appetizers
      Yield: 1 Batch

      3 oz Cream cheese
      1 c  Ground ham
    1/4 c  Worcestershire sauce
           Onion juice or grated onion;
           - to taste
    1/4 c  Pecans; chopped
           Pretzel sticks
    1/2 c  Parsley; snipped

  Combine cream cheese, ground ham, pecans, Worcestershire sauce, and
  onion. Form into balls. Roll in crushed parsley and stick pretzels in
  each ball to serve.

  Note:

  Do not put pretzels in until ready to serve as they will become
  soggy. Can omit parsley and pretzels and serve on crackers.
