Subj : Pork Pot Stickers To : All From : Ben Collver Date : Mon Aug 11 2025 10:08:55 MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06 Title: Pot Stickers Categories: Appetizers, Chinese, Pork Yield: 30 Potsticker MMMMM------------------------POT STICKERS----------------------------- 1/2 lb Chinese cabbage 3/4 lb Ground pork 4 tb Oil 1 1/2 c Chicken broth 1 ts Salt 1/4 ts Ginger; minced 2 tb Green onions 1 tb Sesame oil 2 ts Corn starch 1 ts Dry sherry 2 tb Soy sauce 1 ds Ground pepper 1 pk Won ton wrappers MMMMM-----------------------DIPPING SAUCE---------------------------- 2 tb Soy sauce 1 ts Sesame oil 2 tb White vinegar 2 ts Hot bean sauce Combine cabbage, ground pork, salt, ginger, green onion, sesame oil, corn starch, sherry, soy sauce, and pepper in a bowl. Place 2 tb mixture in each won ton wrapper. Fold wrapper in half and pleat the edges. Heat 2 tb oil in a warmed, non-stick frying pan on medium heat. Place 15 pot stickers, pleat side up, in the pan for 1 or 2 minutes, or until brown. Pour 3/4 cup of chicken broth in the pan, cover, and cook for 4 minutes. Uncover pan and cook until all liquid is absorbed. Remove pot stickers; repeat with the remaining 15 pot stickers. Serve with dipping sauce.
