      Title: Crockpot Mashed Potatoes
 Categories: Potstoes, Dairy, Cheese, Herbs
      Yield: 10 servings
 
      3 oz Cream cheese; softened
    1/2 c  Sour cream
    1/4 c  + 1 tb softened butter;
           - divided
      1 oz Env ranch salad dressing
           - mix
      1 tb Minced fresh parsley
      6 c  Warm mashed potatoes; w/o
           - added milk or butter
 
  In a large bowl, combine the cream cheese, sour cream,
  1/4 cup butter, salad dressing mix and parsley; stir in
  mashed potatoes. Transfer to a 3 qt. slow cooker. Cover
  and cook on low for 2-3 hours. Top with remaining 1
  tablespoon butter.
