Quick & easy work arounds - Transfer file to a thumb drive and "sneaker-net" it to a confuser you *can* print from. OR E-mail attach the file to be printed and send it to Steve so he can print what needs done while you're fussing with putting the wonky unit back to where it works correctly. Remove from oven; press thumb into top of each ball, creating an indentation. Spoon about 1 teaspoon pepper jelly into indentation.
