      Title: Focaccia Sandwiches
 Categories: Vegetables, Bread, Greens, Poultry, Vegetables
      Yield: 2 Dozen
 
    1/3 c  Mayonnaise
  4 1/4 oz Can chopped ripe olives;
           - drained
     12 oz Focaccia bread; split
      4    Romaine leaves
    1/4 lb Shaved deli ham
      1 md Red bell pepper; thin sliced
           - in rings
    1/4 lb Shaved deli turkey
      1 lg Tomato; thin sliced
    1/4 lb Thin sliced hard salami
      7 oz Jar roasted sweet red
           Peppers; drained
      6 sl Provolone cheese
 
  In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise and olives; spread
  over the bottom half of bread. Layer with remaining
  ingredients; replace bread top. Cut into 24 pieces;
  secure with toothpicks.
