      Title: Cilantro Lime Slaw
 Categories: Salads, Citrus, Herbs, Chilies, Vegetables
      Yield: 8 servings
 
  1 1/2 ts Grated lime zest
    1/4 c  Lime juice
      2 tb Honey
      1 cl Garlic; minced
    1/2 ts Salt
    1/4 ts Pepper
    1/4 ts Crushed red pepper flakes
      3 tb Canola oil
    3/4 lb Head red cabbage; shredded
      1 c  Shredded carrots
      2    Green onions; thin sliced
    1/2 c  Fresh cilantro leaves
 
  Whisk together the first 7 ingredients until smooth.
  Gradually whisk in oil until blended. Combine cabbage,
  carrots and green onions; toss with lime mixture to
  lightly coat. Refrigerate, covered, 2 hours. Sprinkle
  with cilantro.
