      Title: Zucchini Pork Chops In Foil

      Yield: 4 Servings
 
      3 md Zucchini; sliced
      2 md Onions; sliced
      3    Carrots; sliced
           Salt & pepper
      4    Center cut pork chops
 
  Cut squares of heavy duty aluminum foil. Place vegetables and
  seasonings on a pork chop in the center of each square. Join 4
  corners of foil square and twist top to close packages. Grill over
  coals for 50 to 60 minutes, never allowing fire to flame. Foil
  packages may also be placed in 350?F oven for about 1 hour.
