Heat 1-1/2 tb oil in pan and saute the okra pods and onion until golden brown, stirring continuously. Mix ground masala with the yogurt and combine with the okra pods. Add salt and cook over low heat for 5 minutes. In a frying pan, heat the remaining 1/2 tb oil and cook remaining mustard seeds until they sputter. Add curry leaves and combine mixture with padachi.
