      Title: Bacon Horseradish Spread
 Categories: Cheese, Dairy, Pork, Vegetables, Potatoes
      Yield: 2 1/2 cups
 
      8 oz Cream cheese; softened
    1/2 c  Half & Half cream
      8 sl Bacon; cooked, finely
           - crumbled
      4 oz Fine shredded Cheddar
           - cheese
      2 tb Prepared horseradish
      1    Green onion; fine chopped
      1 ts Lemon juice
      1 ts Worcestershire sauce
    1/4 ts Pepper

MMMMM--------------------------DIPPERS-------------------------------
           Assorted crackers
           Potato chips
           Baby carrots
 
  In a small bowl, beat cream cheese and cream until
  smooth. Beat in bacon, cheddar cheese, horseradish,
  green onion, lemon juice Worcestershire sauce and
  pepper. Refrigerate, covered, 2 hours. Serve with
  dippers.
