 Note, whenever anyone begins by saying taxes are robbery by the
 government, he's either an anarchist or irrelevant, or, more likley, both.

 Robbing Peter to pay Paul is his view of paying for government. Making
 Paul happy is only acceptable to him if he changes his name to Paul.
