 You know there are other alternatives other than being institutionalized or
being homeless. Just because our government is too stupid to think of them
doesn't mean they don't exist. This all or nothing attitude in our society is
the first thing that needs to be fixed. Where did the government think all the
people in institutions were going to go after they shut them down?? 
That's my 2 cents anywayz.
