When sending a message to Telegram, it is possible to specify the properties of the text. I can specify that starting from the first character, a seven character string should be displayed as BOLD, and starting from the ninth character, a thirty five character string is underlined. Similarly, you can assign it the CODE property and it will be monospaced and with other code properties, including non-clickable URL.
