Whoops! I guess I shouldn't have used real TAGNAME areas!  The Fidonet/Telegram User Guide ended up copied into  COFFEE_KLATSCH and CHAT which was *not* intended to happen.  My apologies for the interruption to the folks reading CHAT and COFFEE_KLATSCH.
