The tosser is barely 3-months old. It needs tweeks like  
filters to block empty system messages, for example.

Then there is expectation of Telegram users to remember to add  
context to photos, for example.

Stickers and gifs can be disabled, and probably *should* be.

Stickers and gifs should probably remain Telegram-side only  
and processed by the bot.
