I did try.  But the help doesn't describe the sytax to change %conclusion.  

I sent:

%conclusion CIAO!

   ..but the subsequent %userprofile command returned an empty line for %conclusion.

Should I have sent something like:

%conclusion "CIAO!" with my string in quotes?
