Hello new users/lurkers!

This is just a quick welcome message to anyone who has joined  
this echo via Telegram or traditional echomail methods.

For new users via Telegram, you may like to see the user guide:

Just strike up a conversation with the Fido2telebot (you should  
see that bot in the left panel of your app), and simply send it   
message with the following:

  %help

It mimics several AREAFIX commands.

After a few seconds you will get a reply detailing the many cool
things that you can instruct the fido bot to do including  
sending netmail to specific persons, generating carbon copies  
into other echos, creating taglines, a signature, creating a  
custom subject line, etc.

To get a list of all currently linked-up echos, just send:
