i don't run IREX but my understanding is that it is similar to frontdoor... 
IIRC, charles was also a FD beta team member for a while... anyway, do you have 
your schedules set up and are you qualifying mail during those schedule 
periods? if there's nothing being qualified, nothing can be sent anywhere...
