Subj : Bugs in the 341D16 version?

I just tried out the version in subj and found two oddities.

   1. The slash switch '/' doesn't seem to work, only the dash '-'.

   2. Reports supposed to be sent to e.g. 2:203/0 in region 20 is sent to 
2:20/203.
