AFAIK, ZC4 already HAS it enabled. At least he had in february this year.

If I am wrong and the - how many, 3, 4, 7? - sysops in the Z4 segment of the 
nodelist that aren't  ghost entries, get a fucked up nodelist because their ZC 
is MIA again, then I say, they get what they deserve.

Now that we have come this far, should we really allow the less than a handful 
of nodes left of a zone that has not been functioning as a zone for several 
years, to hold all the rest of Fidonet at ransom and stand in the way of 
progress?

Is this fair to all the people that have worked on the project?
