I started doing what I described as a quick and dirty fix at some point as it 
was the old MAKENL I believe who stopped working like sometime during 2011, 
there was no auto renaming of Julian-date extentions anymore but the 
date-restrictions remained valid. So after 6 weeks I lost a bunch of 
region-segments all together and I had no clue.
 
The old makenl at that moent just expired.
