  I have had only one completely new pc in my life.   That was in '09.
  (No, wait, my Commie was fresh out of the box, c. 1985).
  All the others, including the one I have now and my laptop have all
been used, brought off either eBay or Walmart's refurbished site and all
had the latest version of Windows on it and all for under $200.
  I have brought only HP's for years.  To me they're the best.  The worst
I had was a Dell laptop.  Its been stored in the closet for years and can
make you a deal on it if you want.
