  When my car was switched out in Del Rio, TX I was given one with CA
plates rather than WV.
  Yesterday looking for that phantom Enterprise place, I made a wrong
turn and wound up the wrong way on a one way.  
  At least with those plates I was probably chalked up as a crazy CA
driver rather than a WV hillbilly.  :)
