  No, nearly all roads in Texas are posted at 75.  Be it interstate or two
lane.  Even in city exchanges with exit/on ramps right by each other.
  At that speed one can't (well, I couldn't) see much of anything around
me.  No time for rubbernecking.  :)
  And even at that speed I was often passed like I was sitting still.
