  One thing I always tell new hires in security is never pass up the
opportunity to go to the bathroom or sit down.
  I don't know how many times I would be stuck somewhere and have to wait
for someone to relieve me for things and someone to come around asking if I
wanted a break.  Many was the time I was fine right then but minutes after
they left I had to go.
