you have to watch those things, too... a lot of them are social engineering and 
are designed to ask questions like are asked by some sites as additiona 
security questions...

  what's your mother's maiden name?
  what's your favorite color?
  what was your first dog's name?
  what street did you grow up on?

and similar... some are more actual quizzes, though...
